Draft — final text to be provided by LATTICE.

Founding waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not create an account or publish a member profile. We privately store the identity, contribution, needs, goals, optional photo and context you choose to submit, together with your acquisition source and email consent choices. These answers help prepare future introductions. Before activation, you will review and edit what becomes public. Marketing email consent is optional; service-related waitlist and access communications are separate. Appropriate operational contact details may be shared with our email provider, not your complete private answers.

What we collect

  • Account and profile: your name, email address, password (stored encrypted — no one at LATTICE can read it), and profile details you add such as member type, business name, website, industry, interests, what you're open to (for example networking or partnerships), and optional matchmaking details such as what you know, can help with, need help with, are working on and your experience.
  • Departments: the departments you join.
  • What you post: introductions, discussions, comments and replies, images you upload, and reports you submit.
  • Your activity: likes, saves, shares, saved resources and event registrations.
  • Referrals: who invited you and how many people you have invited.
  • Business information: business listings and promotion requests you submit, including logos, services, locations and social links.
  • Contributions and applications: resources, trainings, events and breakouts you propose, and department leadership applications.
  • Usage: basic records of actions on the site (such as completing onboarding or submitting a post) and how you found LATTICE (for example the link or campaign you arrived from).
  • Email choices: whether you accepted the terms and opted in to optional emails, with the date of each choice.

Why we use it

To run LATTICE and provide its features; show your profile and posts to other members; personalize and recommend relevant departments, discussions, resources and events; suggest members you may benefit from knowing, based on the profile details you provide, and learn from your optional responses and feedback which introductions are useful; understand how the community is used and improve it; keep the community safe, review content and prevent abuse; send service emails (such as account emails and reply notifications); and develop future LATTICE products and services.

Who can see it

  • Signed-in members can see member profiles, department memberships, approved posts and comments, and approved business listings.
  • Only you and the LATTICE administrator can see your email address, email choices, referral source details, and anything still awaiting review or not approved.
  • Content you submit is reviewed by the LATTICE administrator before it is shown to members.
